Creative design requires dedicated human research, custom typographic development, vector path drafting, and iterative artistic exploration. Consequently, work accomplished and approved by clients represents incurred labor costs. Please review the specific refund terms applicable to your engagement below.
This policy applies to all customized studio projects, including Custom Logo Design, Brand Identity Suites, Corporate Style Guides, Social Media Kits, and 3D Splash Animations.
Packaging and structural dielines involve physical manufacturing tolerances, cutting die alignments, paperboard calipers, and offset printing profiles.
[MANDATORY PRINT PROOFING NOTICE]: LOGOCREATIVEARTS engineers packaging blueprints with millimeter precision according to client-supplied dimensions. However, it is the sole and non-delegable responsibility of the client and their designated printing vendor to produce a physical blank sample cut (mockup) and verify crease, fold, tab, and bleed alignments prior to running commercial print volumes. LOGOCREATIVEARTS disclaims all liability and financial claims for third-party printing costs, paper stock errors, or mechanical cutting misalignments once digital vector dielines are handed over.

Subscribers to our monthly or annual Creative Pro web suite (accessing unlimited high-resolution SVG exports, advanced brand builders, and priority rendering) are governed by the following terms:
Certain complex enterprise retainers, high-volume manufacturing contracts, and non-disclosure agreements may incorporate customized cancellation schedules mutually agreed upon in writing. Where a signed formal Statement of Work (SOW) exists, its specific cancellation clauses shall supersede these general terms. Any unlisted commercial decisions remain at the sole discretion of the studio executive management (marked as OWNER DECISION).
